What we supply
Whole fruit by basket: MSW, D24, XO, Tekka (typ. 50 kg/basket)
Dehusked trays: 300–500 g retail trays (vac-sealed)
Huskless meat (foodservice): 1–5 kg bags (chilled/frozen)
By arrangement: Seeds-removed premium meat for pastry/labs
MOQ and delivery time
MOQ:
- Whole fruit: ≥ 1 basket (50kg) /single variety
- Dehusked trays: ≥ 30 boxes
- Huskless meat: ≥ 10 kg
Ordering cut-off: 12:00am for next-day delivery (subject to stock)
Delivery windows: Daily slots (day/evening); clustered routing for best rates
Quality & replacement
QC: Visual, aroma, and meat integrity checks per batch; random Brix sampling
Replacement policy: If >10% of a delivery is defective on arrival (photo within 2 hours), we replace or credit on the next drop
Storage & handling (buyer)
- Whole fruit: cool room 8–12 °C
- Dehusked/frozen: –18 °C; thaw in chiller 0–4 °C (never re-freeze after full thaw)
- Serve at 10–14 °C for ideal texture/aroma
